One our signature dishes, the Butter Shrimp Spaghetti has a rich culinary history. This delicious spaghetti and shrimp dish is inspired by the legendary garlic noodles from San Francisco.
A Vietnamese immigrant family in San Francisco created their famous garlic noodles back in the 1980s. The dish was neither Vietnamese, nor was it American, but it caught on like crazy.
We did a lot of research in our kitchen in order to reverse-engineer their famous secret recipe. It took us quite a while with many failures and disappointments, but at last we finally cracked it!
We’re happy to present to you the Butter Shrimp Spaghetti. It’s our version of the legendary San Francisco treat, and we think it really is the best spaghetti in Bali.
