
Making the best fries in Bali takes a little bit of patience. You see, if you wanted to order some of our Belgian fries today, it means that we would have had to start making it yesterday morning.
We cut each of those fries by hand, then they are par-boiled and then pre-fried before putting them into the freezer overnight. When we get an order, we grab these freeze-dried fries and toss them into the fryer. This is the only way you are going to get a crisp outer crust, and a meltingly soft interior.
Along with your order of fries you also get your choice of dipping sauces, which we also make from scratch starting from our own mayonnaise.
